Curry Chicken Paste | 咖哩鸡酱
INGREDIENTS:
Chilli, Onion, Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Sugar and spices.
PREPARATION:
1. Masfood Instant Curry Paste For Cooking Chicken or Meat 200g.
2. Chicken / Mutton / Beef / Meat 1 kg.
3. 100ml Coconut Milk.
4. Also can prepare other favorite materials like: potato.
COOKING METHOD:
1. Add 200g Masfood Instant Curry Paste and 500ml water into wok and boil it.
2. Then add in 1 kg meat and other favorite materials, cook until chicken meat become soft.
3. Lastly add in 100g coconut milk, stir it. Then, served while hot. Also can use for fried rice stick, fried noodle, fried chicken meat, BBQ. (Thick no need to add coconut milk).
